These Las Estellas wines are her pet project, and they are excellent wines. Hand harvested fruit from a high altitude vineyard. Beautiful clear ruby with a big nose. Intense fruit, juicy yet with fantastic balance again, and a purity and elegance. The wine was 30% first use oak, 30% second fill and 40% unoaked for 12 months which does come through on the long finish without overpowering the wine. Highly recommended.
