So here we have the 2019 The grapes are handpicked into small trays, then handsorted at the winery before being fermented in 500 litre oak barrels. The juice is then transferred to 225 litr litre French oak to undergo malolactic fermentation, then it is further aged in barrel for 20 months. As artisan a wine as you can get!
