Estella Perinetti is one of Mendoza’s best wine consultants in high demand. These Las Estellas wines are her pet project, and they are excellent wines. Clear ruby in colour with good legs. Prominent Cabernet nose leading to red and black fruit flavours in the mouth. I’d say the body is full and mouthfilling without being heavy, again great overall balance with noticeable oak coming through on the long finish. Some straight Cabernet Sauvignons can be a bit “dry” but this lovely blend retains the fruit flavours and elegant feel to the end.
