This Rooibos has not undergone a fermentation process and the needles are therefore green and fledgling. Combined with ginger and pear, you get a lovely herbal tea with a power and sweetness. Due to its fresh taste, we also recommend this herbal tea as Ice Tea. Recommended preparation: 100°C water/10 g. per liter water. Time: 7 minutes.
