New tea in our range! Fresh Green Rooibos with notes of lemon and ginger. Rooibos is a South African bush with needle shaped leaves. The cup has a redish look. The word ‘rooibos’ means red bush. This tea is a green rooibos, which gives it a lightness and a brighter feel in the cup. Notes of lemon and ginger has been added to this herbal infusion. The primary flavor of this tea is citrus. The ginger is not dominant but adds a subtle spicy note. Rooibos do not contain caffeine, which makes them suitable for the late evening hours. The herbal tea is also suitable for both drinking hot and for a refreshing iced tea on the warmer days. Recommended preparation: 100°C water/6 g. per liter water. Time: 7 minutes.
